Nia Keturah – The Missed Education of Denise Huxtable (Album)
It’s not everyday that we get submissions from such unique and raw artists like Nia Keturah. Her voice is lush , her beat selection is smooth and she creates a kind of conscious feel good music that’s very rare in this day and age. By no means am I saying her music is perfect because I don’t really feel like alot of music is but she definitely has the potential and promise to be an epic artist.
“My name is Nia Keturah and I’m from Maryland. I was a typical college kid…well almost typical… then I dropped out and decided to make a mixtape about it. MEDH, The Missed Education of Denise Huxtable. A bunch of epiphanies I found on blank walls, mixed with an elegant education and ratchet influences. It features production from John Lass, Jinesis, Savvy Society, and Sango Beats. I would consider it an absolute honor if you would give it a listen and, if the spirit moves you, bless it with some blog space. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully building a connection for the future.”
